Appointments aren't necessary, but advisable to ensure our staff are available to help with design choices, prices and more. Please note we don't open weekends.
Samples
We take pride in the sample service that we provide. All sample enquires are costed before a physical sample is sent to ensure it meets your budget & needs. All of our samples are wrapped in fully recyclable packaging, including our tape. We usually offer up to 5 free swatch samples (10x10cm). However if you do require more or larger pieces, please let us know & we’ll do our best to accommodate this for you.* Please note that this may incur a delivery fee.
Design Consultancy
We understand how spaces make us feel, whether it be the feeling of serenity in your bathroom or the joy of cooking in the kitchen. Tiles feature as a backdrop for many moment in our day, adding texture & pops of colour. Our design consultancy service will you help bring your vision to life, combining our technical knowledge & design experience to create a space you love. Our team have combined over 35 years’ experience, from interior design to installation of tiles, meaning we can cover all areas to ensure your project runs smoothly.
Delivery
Our products are sourced directly from the factories in Italy & Spain. Once your order is confirmed we usually expect your order to arrive with us within 2/3 weeks.* Dependent on stock availability & production lead times. We have a offer a variety of delivery options , please contact your sales contact to discuss further.
Returns
As all of our products are ordered direct from our suppliers, we don’t accept returns* - unless there is a manufacturing issue. Once goods are delivered they must be checked within 48 hours and reported to your sales contact. Please contact us if you require further information.
